Women and Youth Training for

The status of the technical and employment education training system has remained essentially the same after task completion. The study put forward that ADB could motivate the Government of the Marshall Islands, through assessment and policy discussion, to follow through on the government's
commitment to establishing a dedicated labour details system to connect technical and occupation education training program offerings with market demand. Although the job established a labour market details system, in the lack of internal personnel capability at the National Training Council, it was not completely functional.
